Enforcement

Merchant activity is monitored on an ongoing basis, including website content reviews, transaction pattern analysis, and periodic re-screening. Where we identify a breach of this policy, we may suspend processing, hold settlements, and terminate the Merchant Agreement. Breaches involving suspected criminal activity are reported to the relevant authorities in line with our legal obligations.
